What happens if the item is out of stock?
We will attempt to fulfill your order efficiently, however it is possible that your order may not be fulfilled due to limited availability. Stock cannot always be guaranteed. If an order was placed on an item that is not in stock, we will contact you via email and a return will be issued to the original method of payment.

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note that once the label is created and handed over to USPS the package and delivery are unfortunately out of our hands. Any claims or delays will need to be addressed with USPS. We highly recommend adding "Signature on Delivery" at checkout during shipping speed selection to prevent package theft. Otherwise, the carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.
